Here's a quick tip for a great lunch. Tried and tested by a toddler
Ingredients:
Leftover meatloaf
Some grated cheese (about 1/2 cup, depending on how much meatloaf you have on hand)
Tortillas
Crumble the meatloaf into a sauce pan and add about 1 TBSP of water. Heat until sizzling. Mix in half of the cheese. Stir together and place in a warmed tortilla. Serve. It is a great way to use up last night's meatloaf and a quick lunch. My three-year old gobbled it up!
